8U Summer Dryland Training

Parma hockey’s 8U coaches will be running hockey dryland practices this summer for all 2018-19 returning or incoming Parma mite 8U hockey players.

Dryland practices will consist of age-appropriate exercises and training stations to complement on-ice play. While practices will be designed to be fun and active, focus will be improving agility, balance, coordination and short speed bursts as recommended by USA hockey. We will also have stations for stickhandling, shooting and puck control.
